Grinding of raw materials, coal and clinker is the most crucial part of cement production. Shaurya Cement uses the most advanced and energy-efficient innovative technology of 4^th Generation Vertical Roller Machine (VRM) for its grinding process over the traditionally used Ball Mill Grinding technology. This allows us to provide the best cement to our valued customers.

Shaurya introduced the high grinding performance vertical OK mills with four rollers. They are hydro-pneumatically pressed against the material bed on the rotating grinding table. A patented grooved roller profile creates a high and concentrated grinding pressure on the outer path, allowing air to escape in the middle. The inner path serves to even out and consolidate the material before it continues to the next roller. The VRM technology provides customers with better and stronger quality cement with faster setting time and that too with lower energy consumption. This technology also has better particle size distribution (PSD) ensuring higher fineness of the cement.
